Thinking about heading up for the day. Anyone else going to be there?
As of this moment I plan on being on the mountain. Probably be working in Bobby's world though.
Looks like I'll miss you again; I'm heading to New England this weekend. Family time, not for skiing.
Rumor has it, Uncle Andy is in the Valley this week.
I'm heading to VT tomorrow AM. The entire family will be there.

I was thinking today that he may be around. Hasn't posted for several days now. And with snow in the forcast everyday that just isn't like him.
Jimmy, you're probably right. When you heading back out that way? Not that you'd make a good chaparone or anything....
Wow! Went to timberline yesterday...trees were like nothing ive ever ridden in WV before!

The worm has turned...
Tline did NOT disappoint today. I started early and ended early, but had a great time.
Everything skied really good. It snowed lightly all day, which accumulated slowly, but I'm sure really added up as it never stopped or slowed down. It was a bit chilly and VERY windy at the top.
I warmed up and got 1st tracks (~1" deep) on Dew Drop. Skier's left of White Lightning skied great. The Drop was pretty good. They haven't made much snow at all on it. It almost looked like nothing but natural snow. No real bumps have started forming yet, but the water bars were fun. Off the Wall was awesome. Whales in the middle and lots of great snow on the skier's left. Only had the time to make 2 runs on it, but could've skied it the rest of the day and had fun. The few places I ventured into the trees were very nice. Lots of base and plenty of untouched snow laying around. I wanted to venture into the fruit bowl, but I was alone and didn't think it was a good idea. I heard some rumors about people getting lost in the tree wells
There was no Fish sighting this trip. May have seen the Fishmobile early this morning, but it was gone and no one was around when I stopped by in the afternoon....

I'll be at Canaan Valley tomorrow looking for some leftover powder. I'll be wearing a blue Spyder jacket with a gray helmet. I'll also be skiing with my brother-in-law, who will be snowboarding. He's newer to snowboarding, so hopefully I'll be able to split apart for some runs.
