Just a few pics of new place at Timberline. Family really loves this house as we have admired it for the past 7 years. Couldnt pass the opportunity up

Impressive! Good job on the decorating. Looks like something in Old Timberline. How long have you had this place?

Came furnished and decorated just as you see it. Its actually in Northface. Its the first home in Northface at the split. Theres Brookside dr to the left and Slopeside dr to the right. Veer right on Slopeside and house is right there. About 50 yards to slope.

We have owned it now for about 3 weeks ;\) Had a condo in Northwoods H building for the last 4-5 years.

actually we traded it to the current owner of the home plus some cashola. he has it listed already. this is what he does a lot of. he buys, sells, fixes up, etc.

Was it H8 which is now listed with Mountaintop? (here)
That's not a bad price (he says as he beats his head against the wall because he probably paid too much for his condo a year ago).

Not to hijack - but did you all see that C6 and C7 are both under contract? Maybe the market is picking up a little bit at Timberline.

Those have been under contract for months. I am assuming they are sold officialy by now.

Yeah what its listed for (H8) isnt bad at all. Considering all the assesments we paid along with what we did inside its a pretty good deal.

Actually, C7 has been that way for months. C6's status changed since the last time I checked (no more than 6 weeks).
