With the return of winter, who is planning on being in the valley this weekend? I'm heading up on Friday after work and will probably play on Saturday.

Hey Kim. Will be heading up friday afternoon and staying thru the weekend heading home Monday.

Hoping to be able to get the kid (5yr old son) in ski class Sat morning. Heard you gotta get there EARLY to get a spot.

I will be there although I'm not sure if my son is coming along. Its his birthday weekend and he may choose to stay home and veg in front of his new game system. To be honest, I'm not sure he will be missing much. Based on Tlines trail count today it looks like all they were able to do was firm up the bases (not a bad thing just disappointing). They actually have fewer trails open now then they did before the cold started. So unless they're holding trails in reserve- all those people on 6 trails... Oh well, at least they will have gotten the mud covered.

The ski report today shows The Drop, Easy Does It and Salamander coming online soon. If the rain holds off it should be a decent weekend with some new terrain.

We're up there starting Friday night. Hopefully the rain does hold off - and the threat of rain keeps crowds down. There's a possibility to get snowed in if you wait long enough Monday to allow the cold front to come through and turn the rain back to snow.

Thanks for the update - that's good news! They updated it since they posted it this morning. It looks like they will be serving dinner on Upper Almost Heaven.

Hey Clay, Just checked the snow report and they've moved the slopeside dining to Good Intentions, , thought you'd want to know.
