That's the Wisp birthday celebration weekend. $7 for Sun/Mon or $30 for Sat-Mon. We've got quite a few heading up for that one, and if this weather holds, they may have the entire mountain open, including all the new stuff. Yahooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll most likely be at Wisp 12/10 - 12/11. It will be a bonus if the new section is open.

Not to interfere with the Tline gathering, but for those leaning towards Wisp let's keep talking about it next week. I'm tentatively planning to make it there for the 11th.

Should be a good weekend for skiing anywhere...I'll be at wisp on sunday...You cant beat 7$ lift ticket...I have a feeling its gonna be so crowded though...
So if TLine opens up anything above greens, it might pay a man to go there instead...
But Wisp is more than likely gonna have tons of trails open...Today they opened up 2 terrain parks and a few more blues, and squirrel cage...so they are really steppin up the snowmaking...With the weather stayin cold all next week and the big snow we are supposed to get sun/mon...IT should be interesting...

Uh yeah Timberline Saturday? If they've made as much snow at the top of the mountain as they have at the bottom it will open strong. Was there saturday ran into, damn near knocked him down coming out of the business office, any ways it looked to me they could open from the midstation down and probably white lightning.

I don't think Wisp is going to be all that crowded - certainly a lot of people, but nothing like a holiday weekend. If the weather holds, they'll surely have all of the front and all of the new slopes open. And if it stays real cold, they may even get to Main Street and Down under as well. If so, things shouldn't seem very crowded because there will be a LOT of room to spread out. Just having 3 of the new area open two weekends ago really helped, because the folks over there are completely out of sight and out of mind. Should be an epic December weekend!
