Liberty Mountain will unveil a new snow tubing park this winter, and is also moving its half pipe to a more visible location.

The Boulder Ridge Snow Tubing Park will open this season, including several runs and its own lifts and “log cabin style” tubing lodge. The Pennsylvania resort has been busy over the summer clearing trees and building an access road to the new Park.

Liberty is also relocating its half pipe to just above the Mountain Chalet. According to the resort, the new pipe will have better visibility, a better shape, and its own transition groomer.

Liberty is also making enhancements to its snowmaking system, replacing some tower mounted snow guns with new, high efficiency guns. New snowboard boots and bindings are also being added to the rental inventory.
