I was wondering if there were any trainings in the Pittsburgh area on tuning, waxing, edging (and more) coming up in the near future?

Out of curiosity, what level of training are you looking for?
Starter waxing?
Starter (maintenance) sharpening?
Base repairs?
The reason I ask is, even if you don't find -formally- organized hands-on experience, some of the members here have more than enough knowledge to get you started with minimal expense.

Yes, I am the epic member! Thanks for the recommendation for this site...I have enjoyed seeing more things related to this mid-Atlantic area. I am just interested in doing my own stuff....a little more advanced waxing as I know starter waxing but am not at all knowledgable of sharpening and base repairs.
I also am trying to start a local chapter of Snowboarders and Skiers For Christ and one of the things they do is Wax + Tune nights (along with ski movies, etc) so I just want a better hold on these things for when that time comes.
