Just read Massanutten was open. Anyone hit it?

Good riding at Massanutten. Slopes were open 29th and the 30th. Closed this week. Will reopen on Friday Dec 5th for remainder of the season. Diamond Jim is open and hoping to open Paradice this weekend as well as the terrain park.

Wow! That's pretty amazing... have they already starting blowing snow on Paradice?

Also, do you know when night skiing will start at Massanutten?

some snow on paradice. looks like three good nite for snowmaking this week.

nite skiing will start on Dec 12th and end probably on the 14th. Decision on the following week will be made next week.

Hopefully they do decide to keep night skiing going that week... I'll certainly be there after work if they do!

When I drove past on rt 33 on Friday, I could see quite a few areas on paradice that looked rather brown at the top. maybe with a couple of good nights, they will get er covered.
