if you enter 15502 as zip in yahoo local it leads you to a few links. It says a new gated community of 600 homes will be developed and the other side of the mountain being built into new slopes. The new hotel will be around 200,000 sq ft

From what I heard, it was Jack Johnson who indicated that his estimate of the total cost for completion of the master plan (2,400 residential units and ammenities) would be $1 Billion over his estimated 30 years to complete the project. The Buncher representatives when asked wouldn't even disclose how much they are spending this year. They seemed more concerned with the quality of the experience for their customers. I hope the focus remains a quality family orientation and the improvements proposed for the next two years would be great in and by themselves.

If you figure 2400 units at a price of $416,667 per unit you get a billion dollars. If you look at the price of the latest condo's at 7 springs this is sure in line.
