I enjoyed some excellent fall weather mountain biking this weekend in Canaan. I hit my usual spot (Canaan Valley State Park) at my usual time (7:30AM - yes that's early) both Saturday and Sunday this past weekend. Though the temps at my house in Timberline hovered in the low 40's, temps on the Valley floor at the state park were between 31-32 both days. My tires turned white from kicking up the frozen dew along the Back Hollow trail. Trail conditions in the Valley right now are absolutely perfect. I love fall riding!

I hate your usual time \:\) One day I'll get up early enough to ride with you! I agree fall riding is awesome tho. I'm planning on riding in Dolly Sods north next weekend if anyone is into it. should be on fire with color! the weekend before last it looked like this....
