Any idea when Tline's Snowy Luau is this year? Is it St Patty's Day or the following weekend? Tline website hasn't changed over to Winter 06/07.

Never too early to start planning!

It's generally the middle weekend in March, so it's gonna be a green luau I believe.

Snowy Luau last year was March 17, 18, 19 and yeah it was pretty green. I love March in WV. Skied freshies at tline the following weekend, silver streak was very poachable, meadows by the drop had some nice snow. It was also pretty nice April 2, the day they closed last year, remember kim? WV in March .

Gaahhh you've hit a pp (pet peeve). It's Paddy's Day, not Patty. I always associate Patty with a womans name.......... (wanders off grumbling and cursing in Gaelic)

Hey Kennedy didn't mean to offend. I was just to lazy to type it out. St. P's day didn't sound good either. I think I'll cop an insanity plea. I can't think straight, I haven't skied in 5.5 months. Thats my excuse and I'm sticking with it.

It's cool It's one of those things that makes me instinctively wince like when people do really bad Irish accents and say things like "Top o' the mornin'" which by the way I don't think anyone in Ireland has ever said that. actually Top o' the mornin' rates much higher on my list of peeves, that sends me into blind rage kill mode. Yep the auld vision goes red and when I wake up I'm sitting dishevelled in a corner holding a severed limb.

Does the severed head then look up and say "top o' the mornin' to ye!" ??
