It's January, so it's time for grocery store chain Harris Teeter to start up this promotion again. The Harris Teeter flyer in the Washington Post for Wednesday mentioned this promotion. The tickets are $25, and they are good Monday thru Thursday during January, February, and March. You can buy up to four per day. January 16 and February 20 are excluded. Flyers will be available at the front of the store. Links:

Has anyone had any luck with this?

I've been in 2 different Harris Teeter stores and they've both said they've never heard of this offer for discounted lift tickets.

My guess is that the people at Harris Teeter really aren't involved. As long as you present your Harris Teeter VIC card to the person at the ticket window at Snowshoe on one of the eligible days, you get the discount.

From the flyer in the newspaper:

"During January, February and March, any customer who shows their [sic] VIC card at Snowshoe Mountain resort can purchase a $25 midweek [Mon. - Thur.] lift ticket."

Once you have the card, you have no further dealing with the people at the grocery store. You do business directly with Snowshoe.

I do not have a VIC card, so I do not speak from experience.
