West Virginia’s Winterplace Resort has beefed up its snowmaking for the 2008-2009 winter season, adding new guns to Drop Off, Wanderer, Easy Street, Cascade, and the Snow Tubing Park. Winterplace reports that the guns should allow the resort to open trails and snow tubing even earlier in the season. Winterplace has also purchased additional top-of-the-line rental equipment to add to its inventory.
