What’s New for 2008: Ski Roundtop
Author thumbnail By M. Scott Smith, DCSki Editor

Ski Roundtop was one of the first ski areas in the region to offer snow tubing, and tubers will notice a big change this winter: a new Tubing Margic Carpet, covered by its own roof.

Ski Roundtop has also purchased additional, automated Areco Snow Towers, placing them in strategic locations on Minuteman, Fife & Drum, Exhibition, and the Tubing area.

Visitors will find a new courtyard area in front of the main lodge at Roundtop. The rental fleet has also been upgraded with new Burton snowboards.
