Squirrel Cage

Odd question - didnt there used to be a mid station at the top of Squirrel Cage at Wisp?

Also is that a great name for a run or what! 

I think you might be right.  It might have been at the 3/4 point of the lift line along the flat area up there.

I believe that unloading station was at the top of squirrel cage on one side and The Face on the other.  The lift then continued on over a long nearly flat area to the top unloading station.   That ”˜midstation’ allowed efficient lapping if those two slopes, something I enjoyed doing 20+ years ago in the days of better knees and more stamina.
