Big Houses (15-25 ppl) near Snowshoe?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a big cabin in February for Snowshoe. I know there are TONS of options in Timberline, but we are looking to go to go to Snowshoe. I've checked AirBnB and VRBO. Only real criteria is a big house that sleeps 15-25 and has a hot tub. :D

Black bear units can generally accommodate that number and all have hot tubs.  They are right on top of powderridge.  They are quite nice.  Some will sleep 20+ First tracts has most on their rental program.  Snowshoe has one (#10) that is four bedroom and sleeps 12 with pull out but that might be too small.

I've stayed here with friends a few times before.  http://www.vrbo.com/160012  Beware of a couple of things.  The bedrooms in the basement dont have windows, which I'm pretty sure is some sort of code violation.  To use the internet you need to be with 5 feet of the router.  And the hot tub wasnt hot.  But according to the reviews that issue has been resolved.
