Great Article On Thomas WV in Sunday Wash Post
March 24, 2013
Article is in the Travel section. Lots of new businesses in Thomas and town is jumping, not just with tourists and skiers, but arts loving folks that enjoy the music, etc.. Things will only get more interesting when Corridor H finished to Davis.
Article might be on-line, but I can not find it.

Would appreciate a link if anyone has it. Can't get the WaPo here. I am tucked into a motel in Gillette, WY on my way home from Montana waiting for a break in the weather. It's not bad in the valleys but once you gain a few hundred feet of elevation it's scary. Winds gusting to 40 mph + with rivers of snow streaming across the roads. No trees for definition and 20 - 50 miles between towns and exits. A day to rest, do laundry and watch TV.
Denis,
Send me a pm with your home address and I will mail it to you.

Safe travels home, Denis, and thank you for your journey updates. Here's the link to the Post article on Thomas.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/...fcb4_story.htmlMeanwhile, it's still snowing in the valley. It was nice and heavy for a few hours and has now lightened up a bit. I'm counting on JohnL to tell us he is staying out west for just a few more days so it will continue to snow tonight!
What a winter wonderland!
Thanks. Great article. I am delighted by the Thomas renaissance. A decade ago it was a really grim place. I love the Fiddle.
