Wisp is making snow (11/14)?

Looks like some snowmaking going on this morning (11/14) at Wisp. Just a test? Here is the link to the live webcams:

Just a test drive for the new owners.

It looks like they were just blowing out the mice, but who knows as their trail report says they made snow on five trails.

Also from Wisp's website "Opening day is scheduled for Friday, November 23 (Weather Permitting) and Wisp Resort is looking forward to an amazing 2012.2013 winter season. Snowmaking commenced on Tuesday, November 13 and will continue as weather permits. "

So who's gonna blow first??

Snowshoe always blows first and most.

...yes, it really blows at blowshoe......could have blown a bunch of snow here in the valley over the last few weeks....but they will never fire the guns up here in the valley till' after thanksgiving week, no matter the weather...seeing the current standings of the slopeside projects at Canaan, I wonder if Canaan will even fire there guns up this year at all...
