Pillow lines: skiing fresh snow so deep that it turns big rocks and stumps into giant soft pillows to cushion your skis or board as you float down the hill defying gravity like a frosty Frisbee.

This video documents vacationers searching out pillow lines on a heliski vacation, they look pretty good, but decidedly mortal and give a sense of how challenging this kind of skiing can be:
