Just back from 5 days of epic skiing in Colorado. I was fearful that the condtions would fade, but mid winter found me again. Skied in snow, powder, sun, rain, ice, and fog all in the same week and often in the same day!

Thanks to the peaks program I put in one day at Vail ( a very cold blizzard!), One day at Breck ( high winds and cold) and 3 at Beaver Creek (perfect as always).

The condtions could not have been better all around. Had one awesome powder day at Beaver Creek! Powder to my waist. I really needed powder skis. Trully the best snow I have ever skied.

Over all Beaver Creek is by far the best place for families in the Peaks program. It is easy for different ablities to meet up in the village. Also the free cookies are a plus!

I will post a longer trip report once on Breck once I get back.

Winter is still on in CO!!!
