I think the site you referenced is different. I could not get it to move around in 3D as does the site I mentioned. You have to paste in the site name to get to it.

Colonel, choose the Java version and you can rotate and stuff.

The main site has a bunch of variations, some static, some in 3D model form that you can move, etc.
