Howdy! We've put together a calendar of all the weekly and one-time lift ticket deals in the country. Just finished with the Mid-Atlantic calendar. Looking for any ski deals we missed.

Thanks for the info, thesnowjunkies. But why no WV or VA ski deals in the Mid-Atlantic?

Beech Mtn in NC has several mid-week deals, like Ladies Day (free!) on Thursdays. Also doing half price lifties for people with a season ticket from any other ski area.

Thanks for the Beech tip. Got it up on the calendar. Also found some deals at Massanutten, VA. Cheap Monday nights and discounts on 1/4 and 3/1 if you have a Subaru.

snowjunkies,

You should probably check about holiday Mondays. I would guess any special deals don't apply.

Thanks. Very nice tabulation of discounts. They are all available to the general public, correct? I like that you've broken them out for every single day of the winter.

Others, sorry if you've already included:
-Hidden Valley, PA has $20 lifts midweek all season, non-holiday
-Blue Knob, PA has $20 lifts every Tuesday, non-holiday
-Ski Chalet customer appreciation days: Thursday 1/15 $2 Timberline, WV; Thursday 1/22 $10 Wisp, Md; Thursday 2/5 $15 Liberty Mtn, PA; Thursday 2/12 Whitetail, PA $15 (must buy tickets at Ski Chalet stores in advance)
-any school snow day: $25 lifts at Massanutten, VA

Thanks JimK. Had the Ski Chalet already, added in the Blue Knob and Hidden Valley.

Most of the deals are for the general public. We've tried to mark when it isn't like: "$21 College @ Wisp". Also, click on the event for more details and the link of the actual page of the deal. Definitely double check with the resort on our research.

We've also been pulling our favorites out into Deals of the Week.

Check out this link for the entire list of Specials at Massanutten.

http://www.massresort.com/v.php?pg=334

My particular favorite is the Ukrops Valued Customer, which I didn't see mentioned on thesnowjunkies.

During the regular season, you can get $10 off on Sundays and $5 dollars off the rest of the week, but once late season rolls around (March 8th) you can get full day passes for $15 any day. Same applies for early season (through Dec 19th), but we are past that now. I found this out on accident last March, and it was a very pleasant surprise.

Now, everyone keep your fingers crossed for snow in March!

Yep, but the trick is, you have to buy them in advance at stores in the DC area.

Ukrops won't register with many, they are a chain of nice grocery stores in central VA.

Are the $20 lift tickets for Blue Knob on 1/20 just through Liftopia or can you get them at Blue Knob. This promotion is not listed on Blue Knob's website.

According to BK website this is a running deal every Tuesday (non-holiday) all season long, not thru liftopia, but from regular ticket window purchase. I'm planning to be there. I'm assuming they are not treating Inauguration Day as a holiday. Let me know if you find out anything different about applicability of the deal for tomorrow. Also, let me know if you want to get together for a few runs up there.

Hmmm! You're right. I don't see it on there now, but it was there last week (I think on home page as well as tickets or event sections), and if you google Blue Knob Super Tuesday it will pop up in several places; e.g., http://www.expressnightout.com/content/2009/01/escape_to_which_mountain_hit_the_slopes.php

Sorry I didn't confirm with a call or something. I'm going regardless and will report back tomorrow night about applicability for rest of season.

So how was BK on Tuesday?

Couldn't make it up there on Tuesday, but skied WISP today and it was sweet. 3-4" of fresh with blue bird skies. The drift lines were exceptional, easy 2' of fresh. Wednesdays are "Locals Day" at WISP with $21 lift tickets.

Still need to hit BK this season.

First time poster, just thought Id give a heads up to this deal -

If youre anywhere near Morgantown, WV, Pathfinder (outdoor store downtown) sells Snowshoe tickets for $60 rather than the $75 tickets @ the resort.

C&R Ski in NC has the same deal, $60 instead of $75, any day. Stores in Elon and Hillsborough.

http://www.candrski.com/snowshoelifttick.html

C&R sets up for the day bus to Wintergreen on non-holiday Sundays. Actually a little less than booking directly with Slope&Sail. $90 for bus ride and liftie. You get to ski 9:00-4:00 and sleep on the bus.

Not a bad deal considering CV is practically 100% open right now. Well, atleast until the crap we've got over the past 12 hours came in....

Don't know if many DCKSkiers would be interested, but Winterplace has some deals. A free weekday lift ticket for each night of lodging at several motels near Ghent. Also a Pepsi coupon for Buy 1 Get 1 Free but that's only available from stores in WV or KY.

Apparently the coupon is only on Mountain Dew 24-pk cubes and not too easy to find.

Costco (at least the Leesburg VA costco) sells 2 Weekend (non-holiday) lift tickets for Wisp for about $90 (that makes it $45 per ticket). They also have other ticket packs for Winter Place and Snowshoe I think.

Saw ticket packs in the Durham Costco this week. $112 for a Snowshoe 2-pack, good any time. About the same discount as you get get when booking Snowshoe lodging.

$155 for Wintergreen 3-pack on weekends/holidays, $110 for Wintergreen 3-pack on weekdays. 20% discount. Also found the Raleigh Slope&Sail discount vouchers. Available for weekends and weekdays.
