Try for Free Lift Ticket at Stratton
December 2, 2007
Time for a trip...Who's driving??? I have been looking for some people to go up to VT with since my crew all bailed on me...
pretty cool...I won first try.
pretty cool...I won first try.
I suck. It is telling me to try again tomorrow....
David, would sour grapes help console?
You know it's sometimes called 'Flatton', right?
It's not a bad place, if you can ignore the Intrawest influence. I skied there a couple times back in the late 80s while in college, and they had plenty of expert terrain to kick my butt. I remember a buddy of mine crashing spectacularly there while doing a helicopter.
David,
Don't feel so bad! I also failed. But I will give them credit, I just spent 45 minutes reading all about Stratton and the available amenities.
The Colonel
I know, I was being sarky.
Try again tomorrow...Why?? I don't know?? It isn't like I am gonna get the chance to make it uo that way this season,,,,,
I'm with you David...I didn't win either & thats a good thing because bieng half Norwegian which makes me Polish light, If i would have won, it would have ended up costing me well over a thousand bucks in travel exp & loss of work!
..All good & proud Alppalacian Americans luv there Mamas....cuzz they look Sexy in them Tight ski pants
You know, Stratton is a short drive from my folks place in CT. I could work in a visit and ski if there's a free lift ticket as an extra incentive. Or Stratton would even make a great ski-free day on the way home from Sugarbush and MRG, if I ever get to do my fantasy week in northern VT (like I have "planned" for years). With a free lift ticket, I could justify a half-day stop at Stratton for some turns.
Yes!! i won i won today finally!!!
hmmmm 7 hour drive.....
Got one today too. I signed my wife up for reminders, maybe we can win a pair.
Missed again....
I am 0 for 3
