Fathers day in the Valley
June 19, 2007
Just checking how many dads will be in the valley Fathers day weekend. We will be heading up around noon on Friday the 15th.
I dunno if we are going up that weekend. Definetly the next though. I'm still in search of a contractor to do some door replacement at the house. You know fo anyone?
Which place do you need work done and what exactly you need done?
I need doors replaced. Both sliders and french doors at the Bonner Mtn house. I think we are heading up to the valley on Saturday to have a relaxing day or two. I might even try to play a round of golf if I don't have to cut the grass at the house. We'll stop by cuz I have always wanted to see the inside of your new valley home. It has a neay design and could give me ideas for what I may wnat to do as far as an addition to our house.
I may be up there Thursday - Saturday. Would like to deliver my Dad's FD present in Petersburg, but we'll see if UPS cooperates.

Well we will be in Friday around 5:30 as I have a guy installig new ceiling fan at 6.
Swing by Kim. I was thinking of playing a round of golf (I love that course) but I believe my dad has other plans for me such as helping me stain some of the deck....fun fun fun. But i cant turn down free help either
I didn't make it up, obviously. Sorry Todd and Clay. Do a rain check on the golf. I plan on heading up sometime in the next several weeks. Plan on doing a week or two sometime in July to work on our house. I need to look at replacing the carpet in the condo as well. We are still good to go for the DC ski thing in August as well. It's 92 @ 11 AM. Too #%&*@!# hot!
Yeah sorry we missed you Kim. Rich and Claudia swung up for a few drinks Saturday afternoon as my dad and I were finishing our staining. Still more to do but thank goodness you dont have to do this too often.
Weather was absolutely beautiful. So much nicer than back home. When we left at about noon temps were around 65. Got home about 3 and temps were 95. UUUGGGG
i was up there sunday.. awesome weather compared to this northern VA wet blanket!
