I just wanted to say that I brought my daughter (10) into Willis ski shop in Farifax, Va. yesterday evening. Luke was Extremely helpful and accomodating.
She has Women's size feet but Greg and Luke have allowed me to continue in the Junior Trade-In program with the Salomon Irony-4 women's boots.
My daughter wanted to get the Rossi Bandit Jr skis again this year but in a 148 vs a 138. They were unable to find them in the store but Luke simply proceeded with the swap and indicated that he'd order the 148 length for me
We picked out a new set of poles (old ones several inches too short ) and he knocked $10.00 of them as well.

All in all, we ended up with a really nice package for a VERY reasonable price. Once the trade-in value was applied from last years' package, I ended up paying only $225.00!
Once again, GREAT JOB Willis. You're clearly interested in gaining long-term customers vs just making a sale.
