Alta is closed, even with a 170 inch base. I am not suggesting that one go there now, rather after looking at the latest picture - posted by Canaanman, click on the photo of the day archive and visit wonderful pictures from Oct. to March. Mouth watering photos!

Look at mammothmountain.com. Mammoth has received about 5 inches of snow every week for the past cupple weeks even though normaly this time of year there is very little snowfall. Look at the daily gallery here are some great pics. (and they will be open until july, 4th!!!!)
