I'm thinking of heading up next weekend. I've been up there on day trips before but not for a weekend. Anyone got any tips on where to stay in Somerset maybe. I've seen a room for 4 people on Hotels.com for $99. Any insider info??

I love me some 7 Springs but I only ever get there maybe once a year. This time I want to go for the weekend and enjoy it a bit more.

We usually stay at the Holiday Inn in Somerset. The last time the price was $60 government rate, for either 1 King or 2 Doubles. (wife used govt id)

They have a pool and restaurant.

I didn't use it but am 99% sure it is an indoor one.

Others have posted here that there are less expensive options like Knights Inn and other motels around advertised for something like 39.99/nite, but I don't have any first hand knowledge of that.

We skied at 7Springs last weekend.(By the way,it was a great weekend, especially Sunday)We stayed at the Super 8 for $45 for 2 double beds. It's just off the turnpike at Somerset.
