Ski report says Thursday or Friday opening for the front face only!
Where you getting this? The ski report online says nothing.
Obviously, we're opening by friday...but thursday? If so, I'm there.
Quick check the webcams before dark. The ground is covered white and the air is filled with blowing snow. If the temps stay low, at this rate they could definitely be open by Thursday.

Wow wouldnt that be something if they open this weekend with all of front face and north face slope
That would have to be some kind of record for most terrian open on the first day

I was there that weekend and it was AWESOME. It's good to have Taylormatt on the site to keep us posted on the latest 7 Springs RUMINT.
Oh jeez. I live close to 7S and teach there full time, but Springsregular has far more inside scoop than I do
Next time you come up, let me know and we'll hook up for a few turns.
My RUMINT says while the OFFICAL opening will be Friday there is a remote possibilty for some pre opening day turns on Thursday. I will know more tomorrow morning. Regardless I will be at the BAR-varian Thursday night for some beers and up bright and early for the first turns on Friday. Matt I will PM you on Epic with my cell number, feel free to call when you get there on Friday.
Ok. Here is the scoop, still waiting to hear about Thursday but they will be open Friday for day and night skiing. Also here is the really good news, we will skiing the whole font side and the N Face slope!!!
