“Ski Chalet Day” will be held at West Virginia’s Snowshoe Mountain Resort on Friday, December 8, offering discounted lift tickets, equipment demos, and a chance to ski with pro athletes such as extreme skier J.T. Holmes. $10 lift ticket vouchers for Ski Chalet Day are on sale now and must be purchased in advance at a Ski Chalet shop in Arlington, Tysons Corner, Chantilly, Gaithersburg, or Richmond.

In addition to $10 lift ticket vouchers and unlimited ski and snowboard equipment demos, participants will be able to take advantage of discounted lodging and an aprés ski party.

High performance demo fleets will be provided direct from the factories, and representatives from ski and snowboard companies will be on site to answer questions and provide assistance.

Snowshoe has taken full advantage of the recent cold temperatures, having 25% of its terrain ready to go on opening day. More terrain should open in time for Ski Chalet Day.
