I found this site while poking around the web at lunch today. It is the National Climatic Data Center's list of weather stations nationwide; however, if you scroll through the list of stations and pull up "ELKINS 21 ENE, Canaan Valley Resort State Park (Cabins Area)" you can access lots of raw weather data including temps, wind speed, precip, etc.... Includes historical data back to 2003 with daily trend charts as well.
