It's probably similar to what they often have at Dewey Beach in the summer: a bicycle pulls a two wheeled cart which can hold 2-3 people. Negotiating a hilly, icy, dirt-strewn ski area parking lot, dragging a couple people plus ski gear, would be a workout even for Lance Armstrong.
