Lift Served Terrain in Wyoming Open Til Mid July

Beartooth Pass is on my list. I could have stayed in MT to await its opening but that would be about 2 months of waiting after the rest of the ski areas closed. The pass is at 11,000 ft. yet is crossed by a highway, albeit one that doesn't open until late May. In researching MT ski areas I came across the statement that the top of Lone Mt. at Big Sky (also 11,000 ft.) is the 67th highest peak in MT, but only the 7th highest excluding the Beartooth Range. You see the Beartooths to the south when driving between Billings and Bozeman. It's a spectacularly rugged range.
