What an amazing day!!!
Timberline Ski Resort just received over 2 FEET of snow on Wed Mar 6th.
This is making the month of March 2013 my favorite ski season since 2003.

RECENT NEWS & EVENTS:
Many of their slopes now have over 7 feet of snow-base!
All 40 slopes have been open for weeks now.

..seems like a great idea to offer discounts to get skiers out skiing in march!...

...Vic, you might want to double check the events...I don't think there is going to be a skier/boarder cross on snowy luau---there is no Lower Dew drop terrain park, just the 1 little Bear Claw terrain park(the ski/board cross event needs a full size terrain park on an entire slope)...so actually the mountain isn't really 100% open either, since 2 terrain parks are advertised on trail maps, web site, etc...

Thanks for the info.
I have the slopes open on the snow report with a note: no terrain features on Lower Dew. Still great snow, still some features to play around, still plenty of trees, still 25% savings for some folks and 35% for others...

Yeah... but you don't need a coupon for WV local days at Timberline.
Just give them a call if you have a local ID. I am sure they'll give you all the details.

Is Jefferson or Berkeley county, WV considered "local"?
