We received probably a foot of snow this weekend at HV and the crowds were light. Perhaps snow in peoples back yards from the looming snow storm will entice them to go skiing. It is not often that we get a March like this in the Mid-Atlantic. It snowed the entire weekend! The conditions were fantastic. Unfortunately folks don't seem to think about skiing around here in March, unlike out west. Thus they stop showing up.

I've skied HV the past 2 Sundays and it snowed the entire day both times.

I hope they stay open as long as possible.

you may be right, but it seems a bit early to start lowering peoples expectations
