Should of had a training day yesterday and one more before the big day. Have you been preparing?

I never did the Rachel Carson Challenge but I have hike parts of the trail. As you can see by the trail elevation profile map there is nothing over a 300 foot elevation rise but there are about 10 of those and as many lesser ones. It is a difficult hike.
