Anyone heard this spot - I caught it on WTOP. It has an old womans voice screaming (paraphrasing) "HI, BILLIE MAYS HERE FOR LIBERTY ROUNDTOP AND WHITETAIL AND I WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT...."

Just awful. And in super poor taste. I was hoping I misheard the spot...

I heard that spot once on another station. I was pretty sure that they spoofed the Billy Mays name, but could not catch it. I've not heard it since. This sounds like it came from the same ad agency that used to do the Liberty ads that made fun of Whitetail (before Snowtime bought Whitetail - remember hans and franz?). I work for Whitetail, but I really enjoyed those ads. I did not hear enough of the ad to tell if I concur about the bad taste. Looking at the bright side, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
