Does anyone know of any resorts that offer rides with the snow groomers? I recall a couple used to offer these after hours for folks interested (for a fee of course).
I haven't seen it offered in a while. Probably went away due to lack of interest or insurance reasons. I cant recall if it was local or out west.

If I recall correctly from my trip last year, Winter Park in CO offered snow cat rides.

In the mid-atlantic region both 7-Springs and Snowshoe offer groomer rides. At the 7-Springs web site go to Additional Activities and then to Adventure Fun. For Snowshoe go to Event & Activities and then to Winter Activities. Hope this helps.
