Could have been that way last year!
My brother was hellbent on Skiing this T-Giving even after getting plans dashed at SS, so I told him to head up to Killington but warned him that it was a close call there too. They will be getting rain & a lot of it on Fri till the cold air wraps into the N easter heading up the coast..Then the Snow starts to drop & I'm hoping he will get a sloppy day sat with much improved Conditions for Sun/Mon...
Whiteface will get a good snowfall out of this storm & it takes the same amount of driving time to get there But he allready got a Res at K-Mart.

Just enjoy your turkey... but dont look outside at the depressing cold rain and complete lack of snow for the east coast

Killington will be open Sun & I would bet by Cking the latest weather info they open Sat..maybe a late start.I think that will be the only lift serviced skiing on the whole east coast...Now Denis & the like might head up somewhere & get some freebies!

Bretton Woods is open. Long drive for your bro to ski with some yankees on a ROD.

This is also interesting because when I was in NH this Summer a few locals said they were skiing Bretton Woods more than Cannon because of snowmaking committment.

It's not too good out in Colorado either. Only 6 of 193 trails were open yesterday at Vail.
