My boss already knows. I gave up my chance for the tickets and will head out of town. I live less than 1.5 miles from the WH which means it will be unbearable. I'll be at Snowshoe instead. If something happens, I can always work from my condo there.

I ardently supported the incoming Prez's candidacy but frankly, staying put in the District is lunacy. Especially since Federal workers have the day off anyway...
