being the first to open is really not a goal for whitegrass, but a blessing from the snow gods. 100% of the trails open for skiing right now. best and, by a longshot, the most terrain in the mid-atlantic sittin right there to ski on right now! and you can ski 100% of the time per hour instead of wasting 75% or more of your day being a slave to the lift

I've got an itch. Too bad I've got crap to do every day from now until after Thanksgiving. I'm not too worried yet. I've still got a lot of time this winter...
