Anyone know exactly where it is placed?

Ive looked across the valley and cant seem to determine exactly where its at...

Check around on this website and it'll show you exactly where the camera is located...also explains where it used to be located, hence the name Dolly Sods.

Its located on Canaan Heights not far from where 32 crosses over the ridge. I guess its called the Dolly Sods cam because it faces toward Dolly Sods??

It's called the Dolly Sods camera because it used to actually look across Dolly Sods when it was first installed. See it here:

The camera was moved to the current location on Beardon Knob as JonJon points out. It now looks across Canaan Valley, but the name is still the "Dolly Sods" camera. See it here (and click on "Map It"):
