For the Oktoberfest celebration during the Valley's Leaf Peeper's Festival, Davisson Bros are playing Saturday Sep 27 at 11am in downtown Davis at the old shopnsave (Riverwalk site). Sugarfoot Stompers at 3pm. There will be BBQ, carnival rides, crafts fair etc throughout the day. The Oktoberfest tent will have Mountain State Brewery's regulars and a festival lager from Bluegrass Brewing Co of Louisville KY. The BBBC brewmaster is my highschool bud and will be there talking beer.

You forgot to mention there are other important events going on the same day \:\) there is the Tour of Davis 5K run/walk, and the infamous Revenge of the Rattlesnake mountain bike race. both starting at 10am. The mtb race actually starts at Timberline this year tho and ends in Davis.
