Looking ahead to next year's trip, I think I may wish to engage a travel agent to score a good lodging/lift ticket package. The goal (as of now) is to catch Amtrak to Whitefish, MT, and then fly home from Spokane, WA (I don't think we can take the time to take the train both ways).

Anyway - I may be able to string something together cheaply on my own, but I'm interested in seeing what value a travel agent might present.

Anyone know a good skiing-knowledgeable travel agent they'd recommend? If they can find us a comparable trip (that they'd recommend), we're not locked into the Whitefish thing. The article in the Post last week got me thinking about trying the travel agent approach...
