In looking at the predicted lows for Davis for the next two nights. It's gonna be around 40. I would say that one could see a little frost on the ridges over 4000'. Sure beats what we had a week ago.

Thanks, guys. It was a very uneventful day. All that happened is the odometer turned over once again. Seems to be stuck on 39! One year closer to my goal of living in ski country and skiing 100 days a year.

ran into this craziness monday driving around charlottesville... it was dumping rain, then all the sudden everything was white and we got all confused. Pulled over to see if we were really hallucinating.... there was so much hail on the ground that the snowplows were out!! I wasn't fast enough on the camera to get a shot of the plows tho \:\(

Todd, those are some pretty cool pics. I looked at them before I read your entire post and needless to say I was a bit confused.... :-/

Wow! We missed that storm...just south of us but heard all about it. Did you have your rock skis with you? I've skiied on less than that.
