beachrat - where is this lot located in relationship to the lodge? Also, are there utilities readily available? What are the houses and other properties like around it? Any deed restrictions or requirements for structure and property? Road access?

I will email you an attachment with a map showing my lot location in relationship to the slopes and lodge. Also, I will give you other info as requested. The lot is water, sewer, and electric ready. There are restrictions as far as building, as with any gated community but basically, the living space can't be smaller than 1000 sq. ft. I believe it is. All specs/plans must be approved. It's been a while since I've to Timberline but WV hwy 32 takes you to Timberline Road. Once inside the community, we have our own road maintenance crew and snow plow equipment.
