Due to recent snows and the fact they are making snow, I just took a look at the WISP web cams to get a small snow fix. BUMMER!
Lots of leaves on the trees, bare dirt everywhere! Obviously the cameras are not showing current views (I hope). If this is the case, then the cameras should be turned off or a notice posted that the views are not current.
Anyone know the answer?

Not a great website (see below) but it does provide many webcams. You can see some of them with date stamped. Yes there are snow around DeepCreekLake area. http://www.deepcreekhospitality.com/weather.asp?Tab=Cams

Looks like the snowguns has been tested at Wisp.
The webcams seem to be working now on the skiwisp.com website.

I've been counting on wisp for this T-Giving's skiing but it doesn't look like they took advantage of those week+ days of snow making weather...just a patch here & there won't cut it. Looks like I'll have to take the longer ride to Snowshoe. Why did they drop the ball? Too much money spent on the MT Amusement park they are building?
