My wife and I are looking for a small seasonal rental. Just the two of us so we don't want anything big. If anyone knows of anything available it would be most appreciated.

Thanks,

If I dont get my home setup to sell quick enough I might consider renting it for the season? It is not small though. It is a 3 BR 4 Bath. But a very nice home.

I suggest Hidden Valley, PA for a seasonal rental. I live here fulltime and I'm a ski instructor. We have a new resort owner that is doing fantastic upgrades including improved snowmaking, etc.

Go to http://www.hvfoundation.com and click on "homes for lease". I suggest small places (1 or 2 bedroom) in the Highlands or Summit areas. I suggest upstairs units with lofts. Both areas would put you right within short walks of tops of ski slopes. I quickly looked and suggest you consider properties in the Highlands Area including 1123 Veech Lane, 1213 Veech Lane, 1210 Forbes Lane, 1107 Forbes Lane. Listings also are available for the Summit Area (I suggest 2nd preference).

We are looking for something in the CV area. We will be up there over Thanksgiving weekend if anyone has anything that they would like to show.
