Post article on Wisp's White Water Raft Facility

Did you see this coverage in Sunday Post? Angus Phillips made a visit to Wisp recently and wrote about the mountaintop White Water Rafting Facility in his column. Apparently he took quite a dunking during one of his runs:

HA, sounds like Angus had a bunch of fun. What really impressed me was 24,000,000, now that's a lot of Bucks. That'd pay for 3 or 4 2500 vertical foot high speed quad lifts; that might be more money than the infrastucture to open Tory Mountain would cost?
