Hi folks,

A raw sewage spill in Elkins loses "millions" of gallons of raw sewage, and a separate spill near Milton loses 50,000 gallons of raw sewage. Both in the past 2 weeks. Both resulted in high fish kills. Both show what will happen at Slatyfork on Big Spring Fork and the Upper Elk River if the current Snowshoe/Slatyfork plant design goes forward:
