The new forecast from Herb Stevens (www.skiingweatherman.com) is posted. The following is only an excerpt, but he foresees WEEKS of below freezing temps:

"I think we are about to witness one of the most prolonged snowmaking windows of the past 15 years or so, because from Pennsylvania northward, I don't expect the temps to go back above freezing for at least a couple of weeks, and if it stays below 32 for three weeks, I wouldn't be shocked."

That's great news. Word has it that Snowshoe started making snow early this morning. You gotta make hay while the sun shines....
