Documents Reveal Much Opposition to Sewage Plant

Through the Freedom Of Information Act, Eight Rivers Safe Development, Inc. obtained project files from the WVDEP regarding the Snowshoe/Slatyfork sewer plant proposal. Many citizens and experts went on record during the public comment period, raising concerns such as the negative impact to native trout and the like, and you can see their own words in the obtained documents at the link below.
